By placing an order via www.lizvswim.com, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

  • These terms apply to all products of LIZVSWIM and to every contact, offer, and agreement between LIZVSWIM and the customer.

  • Deviations from these terms are only valid if made in writing.

2. Product Information

  • All products are described on the website as accurately as possible. Colors may vary due to screen settings.

  • All prices are listed in euros, including VAT, excluding shipping costs (unless stated otherwise).

3. Availability and Orders

  • LIZVSWIM reserves the right to refuse orders, for example due to out-of-stock products or errors in product information.

  • Once an order is placed and paid, the customer will receive a confirmation by email.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be completed in full before products are shipped.

  • We accept: iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Union Pay, Maestro, American Express.

  • Discount codes are valid only within the stated period and cannot be combined.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Within the Netherlands, we ship via [carrier, e.g., PostNL]. International shipments are handled by [carrier].

  • Free shipping is offered on orders over €[amount, if applicable].

6. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all tags in their original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered faulty.

  • Returns can be reported via lizzy@lizvswim.com, including your order number.

7. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error by LIZVSWIM.

8. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size/color, please place a new order and return the unwanted item.

9. Complaints

  • Have a complaint? Contact us within 48 hours of receipt via lizzy@lizvswim.com. Always include your order number and a photo (if applicable).

  • We will respond to your complaint within 5 business days.

10. Warranty

  • We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects for up to 2 months after receipt. Wear from normal use is not covered.

  • Swimwear must be handled with care and according to the washing instructions.

11. Liability

  • LIZVSWIM is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use or washing of products.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Intellectual Property

  • All texts, images, and designs on www.lizvswim.com are the property of LIZVSWIM and may not be used without written permission.

13. Force Majeure

  • In case of force majeure (e.g., strike, natural disaster, pandemic), LIZVSWIM is not obligated to fulfill its obligations.

14. Applicable Law

  • These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

  • Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless otherwise required.

LIZVSWIM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. We advise customers to check the terms regularly.
