At LIZVSWIM, we do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We value transparency and clarity. In this shipping policy, you will find all relevant information about delivery, shipping costs, processing time, and liability.
LIZVSWIM currently delivers only within the Netherlands. We do not ship internationally unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
Shipping is free on orders of €129.95 or more.
All listed shipping costs include VAT.
Orders are shipped with PostNL using a standard shipping method, including Track & Trace.
Processing time: We aim to process and dispatch your order within 3 business days after receiving your payment.
Delivery time after dispatch: Estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.
Note: During holidays and busy periods (such as seasonal sales or promotional events), delivery may take longer. LIZVSWIM is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive another email with a Track & Trace link to follow your shipment.
You are responsible for entering a complete and correct delivery address when placing your order. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, the costs for reshipping will be at your expense.
Although we do not ship with insurance by default, we always handle your order with care.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at lizzy@lizvswim.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
In the case of damage, please include photos of the packaging and contents.
Note: LIZVSWIM is not responsible for damage or loss caused by PostNL or other external carriers. However, we will always strive to find a suitable solution.
If a package is not collected at a PostNL pickup point or is not accepted upon delivery, it will automatically be returned to us after a certain period. In such cases, we will contact you. Any reshipping costs will be at your expense.
